AVS 1801 - Unmanned Aerial Systems Introduction to unmanned aerial systems including history, development, legal considerations, operations, Federal Aviation Administration regulations, fundamentals of flight and weather, flight operations and preparation for the FAA UAS knowledge examination. This course satisfies WMU Essential Studies Level II: Exploration and Discovery-Science and Technology.
