CIS 2200 - Enterprise Systems


Through a hands-on Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) software configuration project, students learn how information technology can help a firm manage its business processes. Specifically, students will learn how configuration allows general-purpose ERP systems to be tailored to the needs of a specific business enterprise. Additionally, the course concludes with an introduction to the technology underlying enterprise systems, including database design, queries, and reporting.
