CS 6600 - Software Engineering This course introduces software life cycles with the concentration on software design and implementation. Students will apply various techniques and tools to design and implement a software system. Examples and exercises illustrating the use of several techniques and tools will be given. Student teams will be expected to complete a large project using one of the techniques/tools presented.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: CS 4900, a grade of “C” or better is required.
Note: Open to graduate students only
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions: This course is restricted to the following: masters and doctorates in computer science, masters in electrical engineering, and doctorates in mathematics.
