BCM 1420 - Introduction to Business Communication


This course is designed to introduce students to the complexities of oral and written communication in business through class-based and experiential learning activities. Utilizing existing and emerging technologies, this writing intensive course provides skill development in audience analysis and develops effective communication strategies in business contexts through standard grammar, mechanics, punctuation, and document formatting. This course satisfies WMU Essential Studies Level 1: Foundations - Writing category.
