FCS 3290 - Promotion in the Merchandising Environment


This course explores communication principles, concepts, and strategies important to the promotion of fashion products in the merchandising environment. Including promotional aspects of fashion forecasting, the creative process in promotion, traditional and digital media, and promotion mix.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: FCS 1260 and MKTG 2500.

Credits: 3 hours

Restrictions: Restricted to majors and minors in Fashion Merchandising and Design and Entrepreneurship Minors.
