ADA 6410 - Addiction in Family Systems and Primary Relationships

This course examines how substance use and addiction can affect family members, couples, and significant others. The impact of misuse and addiction on relationships and methods of intervention are identified and discussed. Strategies that others can utilize to assist their loved one in obtaining and maintaining recovery, as well as healthy relationships, are also outlined.
