FCS 5440 - Global Aspects of the Fashion Industry The course addresses issues facing fashion-related businesses in global markets. It covers the global apparel importing and exporting process. Relevant political, cultural, and ethical issues related to apparel importing and exporting. Industry and product classification systems used in international trade, US Trade Administration, and US trade agreements in textiles and apparel.
Note: Open to upper-level undergraduate and graduate students.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: FCS 3320 for undergraduates
