HOL 6970 - Independent Study in Holistic Health


This course will be arranged on an individual basis to provide students the opportunity to pursue independently the study of a special area in holistic healthcare. Students should be in an IHHW graduate certificate program. This independent study opportunity is meant to help the student delve deeper into a topic area to which they have been previously introduced or to explore a holistic topic that is not currently covered by a holistic elective. A set research question and means of assessing the study shall be approved along with the number of credits that can be earned before registration can occur. Exceptions to this criteria must be approved by the Program Coordinator.
Note: Open to graduate students only.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite:  Instructor approval, HOL 5310 with a grade of “C” or better, and one IHHW elective

Credits: 1 to 4 hours
