EM 5050 - Continuous Improvement in Operations

This graduate level course is based on cost-quality-delivery requirements in a globally competitive environment. The course provides comprehensive coverage of Toyota Production Systems and Lean Six Sigma principles for belt certification and principles of QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) with hands-on experience so students can apply them in real-world settings.
