EMR 6850 - Hierarchical Linear Modeling Hierarchical data is common in the social sciences. For example, students nested within classrooms nested within schools, patients nested within doctors’ offices, or repeated measures nested within individuals. This course will focus on how to analyze data from these hierarchical structures. The course will be taught from an applied perspective and will use HLM software. The class will include lecture, discussion, and lab time.
Note: Open to graduate students only.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: EMR 6650 or equivalent with a grade of “B” or better, or instructor approval.
