ED 5310 - Adolescent Learning and Development This course examines theories of psychology related to adolescent development and learning in the context of contemporary public secondary schools. Students will discuss cognition, motivation, and self-regulated learning as well as Bio-psycho-social theories of human development. The intersection of identity development and socio-emotional development will also be explored relative to the period of adolescence. Program requires a grade of “CB” or better.
