BLS 5850 - Computer Technology in Rehabilitation Lab This course is designed to provide additional hands on lab experience in conjunction with the Computer Technology Rehabilitation lecture for those students who are pursuing the assistive technology certificate. Students will develop proficiency in using, troubleshooting, and justifying assistive technology for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
Note: Open to graduate students only.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Corequisite: BLS 5840
Credits: 2 hours
Restrictions: Restricted to masters in Orientation and Mobility, Orientation and Mobility for Children, Counselor Education/Rehabilitation Teaching, Vision Rehabilitation Therapy, graduate certificate in Assistive Technology for Individuals with Blindness or Visual Impairment, Orientation and Mobility, and Vision Rehabilitation Therapy.
