ED 6061 - Infant Toddler Development, Learning and Curriculum


This course examines environmental factors essential for providing high quality infant/toddler care and education in group settings. It provides an opportunity for students to discover and assesses the various settings in which infants and toddlers can thrive. The course will highlight high quality, developmentally appropriate, play-based perspectives to provide a foundation for future academic learning. An emphasis on recognizing special needs among infants and toddlers and building in opportunities for inclusion will be emphasized.
