COM 3410 - Film Modes and Genres

This course will focus on analytic studies of representative films from various modes of film communication (narrative; non-narrative; film movements) and film genres (including, but not limited to, the musical, the western, the horror film, film melodrama, the science fiction film, film comedy, experimental film, etc.)
