The College of Engineering and Applied Sciences is dedicated to excellence in education and research. Academic programs educate students for life-long learning and responsible professional leadership in the global community. Research addresses both knowledge generation and application to real-world challenges. Our faculty, staff, and students serve as a resource to our constituents, including business and industry. Graduates of our programs are well prepared for professional careers in basic or applied research and in application of engineering principles to the marketplace.
The College of Engineering and Applied Sciences offers the Master of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. It offers the Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering through the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering; the Master of Science in Computer Science, the Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and the Certificate Program in Cybersecurity through the Department of Computer Science; the Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering through the Department of Engineering Design, Manufacturing, and Management Systems; the Master of Science in Engineering Management through the Department of Industrial and Entrepreneurial Engineering and Engineering Management; and the Master of Science in Paper and Printing Science through the Department of Chemical and Paper Engineering. It offers the Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering, in Computer Science, in Electrical and Computer Engineering, in Evaluation, in Industrial Engineering, in Mechanical Engineering, in Paper and Printing Science, and in Engineering and Applied Sciences.
