Statistics Major

The field of statistics is concerned with the collection of data, with various descriptive and inferential methods of analyzing data and with proper interpretation of results. Statisticians frequently work in government and industry as part of a team of specialists, in areas such as business, biology, pharmaceutics, demography, economics, and health care sciences.
