The ESport Minor is a 15-credit minor designed to introduce students to the rapidly expanding world of esports. The minor provides students with a background in gaming, the business management of esports, and the culture of esport. The minor is interdisciplinary, designed to allow students flexibility in choosing classes on different subjects from a variety of departments at Western Michigan University.

Required Electives (12 hours):
Choose any four courses below to complete the minor.
Courses are divided into emphasis areas so that students can focus their studies in just one area if desired. But any of the courses below can be used to complete the minor. Other elective courses may be approved by the program faculty. Courses cannot be counted for both a major and a minor.
