Advisors: D. Eric Archer, Ramona Lewis
Room: 3571 Sangren Hall
This graduate certificate program provides students with the opportunity to examine leadership and organizational learning within a global context. As the practice of global leadership requires an increasingly complex set of skills, as compared to leadership in a domestic context, this graduate certificate will equip students with critical strategies necessary for inclusive global leadership in a variety of educational and organizational learning contexts.
Admission Requirements:
In addition to meeting the requirements of the Graduate College, all applicants must possess a baccalaureate degree, provide a statement outlining their prior international experiences, intended career goals, and their reasons for pursuing the graduate certificate in global leadership and learning (1,000 words). Admission decisions will be made by the department’s faculty, following a review of the applicant’s admission materials.
Program Requirements:
Students will complete a planned program of study consisting of 15 hours of course work with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better, with no course grade below a “C”.
