Chemistry Major (CHLJ)

The Chemistry major is designed for students who intend to proceed to graduate study and who intend to go into the chemical industry following graduation. This major is certified by the American Chemical Society (ACS). A minimum of 41 CHEM credit hours must be selected according to the following guidelines.

Additional Comments

Additional courses in statistics (STAT 2600 and STAT 3640), Multivariate Calculus (MATH 2720), and Differential Equations (MATH 2740 or MATH 3740) are recommended.
