This major is available within the Political Science Department for students with particular career and/or advanced degree interests in this field. Political Science Law is concerned with judicial and quasi-judicial institutions at the international, national, state, and local levels.

Program Requirements
For the Political Science Law major, a student must complete the following: One course in comparative politics (3-4 hours):
One course in political theory (3 hours):
Two of the following courses (6-7 hours):
Two of the following courses (6 hours):
Baccalaureate-Level Writing Requirement (3 hours)
One course to be chosen from: One additional elective in political science (3-4 hours)
