The Master of Science in Intelligent Systems and Data Engineering is a hands-on program focused on the design, development, and optimization of intelligent systems that handle vast and complex datasets. Students will gain in-depth experience with key components of the data pipeline, including data collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination.

The program emphasizes real-world applications and hands-on projects, enabling graduates to address modern challenges in data engineering and intelligent systems. The program also requires a 6-credit project, allowing students to focus on applied research and innovation in cutting-edge topics such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, or large-scale data infrastructures as applied to industrial applications.

Graduates will be prepared for roles in academia, industry, or research settings, where they can apply their expertise in building scalable, intelligent systems. This professional program addresses industry’s need to apply modern data analysis to engineering applications by addressing the entire data pipeline, including 1. Data collection, 2. Data preparation, 3. Data storage, 4. Data analysis, and 5. Data reporting.

Admission Requirements
Possess a baccalaureate degree with a major in a technical field, such as engineering, technology, mathematics, computer science, or the physical sciences.
