Biomedical Sciences Major (34 hours)

A major in Biomedical Sciences (BMS) consists of a minimum of 34 credits of course work. This course work includes two introductory courses, five intermediate level courses, two advanced interest courses, one of which must be a capstone experience. Only three credit hours may be BIOS 4980 and only four hours may be BIOS 4990.

Intermediate Level Courses
One Advanced Interest Courses from the Following:
Minimum 6 hours; only 3 hours may be 4980 or 4990 Baccalaureate Writing Requirement
Students who have chosen the Biomedical Sciences major can satisfy the Baccalaureate Writing Requirement by successfully completing BIOS 3500 Physics
2 semesters with labs. |
