MGMT 4070 - Change Management


The purpose of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the role managers play in guiding organizational change. The course is designed to promote an understanding of processes and techniques necessary to create and support productive organizational transformation. Essentially, the course aims to enhance student insights on how the effective management of organizational change can contribute to improved organizational capabilities and performance.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: Senior standing and (MGMT 2500 or MGMT 2520 or MGMT 3520), with a grade of “C” or better in any prerequisite.

Credits: 3 hours

Restrictions: Restricted to majors/minors across multiple departments. Please see advisor for specific program restrictions.
