FCS 4680 - Advanced and Experimental Foods Understanding the physical and chemical properties of foods by use of objective and subjective testing methods. This course is approved as a writing intensive course which may fulfill the baccalaureate-level writing requirement of the student’s curriculum.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: Senior standing in dietetics; FCS 1650, FCS 2600, FCS 3650 and CHEM 3700/3710 with a grade of “C” or better in all prerequisites.
Credits: 4 hours
