SWRK 6320 - Organizations, Communities, Societies: A Change Perspective The course reviews frameworks for analyzing organizations, communities, and societies as a means of preparing students to engage in planned change. Students learn strategies and tactics to influence change in organizational, communal, and societal structures and processes. The course explores historical, theoretical, and ideological perspectives on change.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Admission to the Advanced Standing Program.
Credits 3 hrs.
