BLS 5860 - Job Development and Placement This course applies career choice and job placement concepts to persons with disabilities. It includes occupational aspects of disability, pertinent laws and regulations including ADA and sections 5010-5040, labor market analysis, job analyses, rehabilitation engineering, job development, and work modification strategies. It provides experience in making employer contacts, overseeing clients’ job seeking efforts, and training in job-related social skills.
