EDLD 6630 - Personnel Administration This course is a systematic study of personnel administration tasks and functions as applied to education and training. Subtopics include recruitment, selection, orientation, supervision, appraisal, and development of personnel. Emphasis placed on understanding of standards for legal and valid personnel administration practices. Effects of style and behaviors on employee satisfaction and/or productivity are studied.
Credits: 3 hours
Notes: Open to Graduate students only. Completion of EDLD 6020 and EMR 6400, or EDLD 6020 and ED 6010, is strongly recommended prior to taking this course.
