PADM 6390 - Managing Public Performance and Information Technology This course explores the management and measurement of public (government and nonprofit) agency performance and productivity. It focuses on defining public-serving organizational performance and productivity in practical terms; exploring management principles and practices designed to enhance the performance and productivity of these agencies, and managing the design and application of information technology to enhance public performance and citizen access.
