ES 5850 - Social Justice and Community Organizing This course is a critical examination of the role of social justice and community organizing in education and society. It is informed by philosophical conceptions, literary perspectives, and best pedagogical practices, and is designed for youth development professionals and aspiring educators. This course will enjoin community partners that provide powerful examples of how individuals and organizations can address social inequities and promote human flourishing.
