MDVL 3000 - Topics in Medieval Studies

The course will focus on topics and themes related to the Middle Ages, considered broadly in terms of periodization and geography, as they are reflected in literary and historical texts, material culture, cinema, and other arts. It will emphasize critical thinking and the understanding of cultural production and differences.
