HPHE 6710 - Cardiopulmonary and Environmental Physiology This course will cover the physiological responses (both the acute effects and chronic adaptations) during exercise, with specific focus on the cardiopulmonary system. Additionally, this course will examine the physiological responses to exercise in different environmental conditions such as high altitude, heat, cold, hyperbaria, and microgravity.
Credits: 3 hours
