HPHE 6720 - Laboratory Techniques in Exercise Physiology The purpose of this course is to educate the graduate student in the areas of measurement and laboratory techniques used in the physiological assessment of exercise and/or athletic performance. Specifically, the student will study the process and procedures used to determine a variety of physiological parameters used in the study of exercise and sport performance. This information will then be used to help qualify and quantify exercise and sport performance.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
Credits: 3 hours
