MBA 6003 - Data Analytics for Managerial Decision Making This course introduces the essential data analytics skills, techniques, and tools in preparing, managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision making in organizations. The course takes students from basic skills such as data extraction from popular data sources (e.g., web, cloud, and light-weight data sources), spreadsheet analysis & data modeling, ETL (extracting, transforming and loading), to some of the more advanced forms of analytics such as pivoting, data visualization, database methodologies, data mining/machine learning, big data, and cloud-based solutions.
