AE 4995 - Undergraduate Thesis

Participation in, writing, and defense of a directed research project appropriate to Aerospace Engineering. The thesis must be directed by a MAE faculty member and approved by at least one additional MAE faculty member, or MAE research staff knowledgeable in the discipline or an allied discipline. A copy of the final thesis must be filed with the MAE department. This is separate from a Senior Capstone Design Project. Honors students may substitute 2 credits of HNRS 4990 (Honors College Thesis) with appropriate approval.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: AE 4985 with a grade of “B” or better. Instructor approval and department chair approval required.

Credits: 2 hours

Restrictions: This course is restricted to majors in Aerospace Engineering.
