GEOS 5200 - Economic Geology

Origin, occurrence, and utilization of metallic and non-metallic mineral deposits, and mineral fuels.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: GEOS 3010 or GEOS 3500.

Credits 3 hrs.

Open to Upperclass and Graduate Students. Prerequisites applicable to all 5000-level courses in Geology are junior status or above and 12 or more credit hours of course work in geology, including the specific prerequisite for each course, or consent of instructor.
