HPER 6670 - Public Relations in Sport

This course is designed to acquaint the sport management student policies and procedures critical to the promotion of sport. Topics will include, but not limited to, news releases, radio news, television news, news conferences, feature stories, media relations, event promotion, sport photography and interviews and speeches. Special attention will be paid to the use and creation of written and oral public relations documents for various media outlets.
