Minimum of 24 hours of course work in history, with a maximum of nine hours at the introductory level (this includes 1000-2000-level courses, two-year institution transfers, and AP credits); and a minimum of six hours (two courses) selected from the 3000-level writing intensive classes or 4000-level baccalaureate writing courses.
