The undergraduate minor in Organizational Change Leadership is a 15-credit hour program offered through the Department of Educational Leadership, Research and Technology in the College of Education and Human Development. The Organizational Change Leadership minor complements a variety of academic majors and encourages students to become change agents who advocate for positive organizational change and development. Throughout the course work, students explore the history, theories, models, and practices that comprise the field of organizational change and development. Emphasis is placed on the application of course content to the day-to-day practice of change leadership in organizations. The overarching goal of this minor is to help students participate in the betterment of organizations through practiced change agency.
