GEOG 3030 - Geographic Inquiry Students will be introduced to geography as a field of study, research and professional opportunity. Students will have an opportunity to investigate social and environmental problems through data collection, analysis, interpretation, and graphic and written presentation. The emphasis throughout will be on the application of inquiry models to geographic problems. For Geography majors and minors and Tourism and Travel majors. This course is approved as a writing-intensive course which may fulfill the baccalaureate-level writing requirement of the student’s curriculum.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: STAT 1600 or STAT 2160 or STAT 2660 or STAT 3640 or STAT 3660.
Credits: 4 hours
