PSCI 4220 - Civil Liberties and Civil Rights

Course will use selected Supreme Court rulings to examine how individual rights are protected under terms of the U.S. Constitution. The course will feature those tensions prompted by cultural diversity in the United States.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: Sophmore status.
