ID 2470 - Product Design Methodology Studio II Introduction to quick product concept development projects focusing on research, ideation, shape, form, proportions, ergonomics, user interface, and manufacturing processes. Application of model shop skills and technology. Build a volumetric study model. A midterm project focusing on use and application of the Industrial Design Process, including visual, written, and verbal presentations. Final model is constructed to confirm the original design intent. Design and organization of portfolios for review to move to 3000-level courses.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: ID 2430 and ID 2510 and IME 1500.
