MUS 3850 - Music for the Special Student


This course will provide an overview of disabilities, federal and state requirements, and problems of the gifted, talented, and culturally differentiated student. Methods for providing successful music experiences will be discussed. The course will provide opportunities to plan sample strategies (including individualized) for the special student found in the music classroom.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: Music Education major only.
