COM 4700 - Advanced Interpersonal Communication This course will provide students with an in-depth treatment of advanced interpersonal communication. Students will complete an applied project within a particular interpersonal context, synthesizing existing competencies in public presentation, research methods, and interpersonal communication theory. This course is approved as a writing-intensive course which may fulfill the baccalaureate-level writing requirement of the student’s curriculum.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: (COM 1000 or COM 1040) and COM 1700 and COM 2010, with a grade of “C” or better.
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions: Restricted to the following majors: Communication Studies, Pre-Communication Studies, Interpersonal Communication, Pre-Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Communication; Pre-Organizational Communication; Pre-Communication.
